Pros & Cons
One of the best things about working at PBCOM is getting to work at a healthy environment with passionate professionals who contributes to my personal and career growth.
The company offers quite competitive compensation package. Truly, we grow together and do live by our core values of PRIDE - Passion, Responsiveness, Integrity, Dynamism, Excellence.
The Company supports work-life balance, every Friday they set activities such as town halls and badminton to strengthen bond between employees, this includes the higher ups and superior as well.
We are given options for work schedule every quarter. Our lunch time is paid.
My seniors are really hands-on and very informative about the work we do so learning is fun and interesting.
Work-life balance may sometimes be challenging to maintain, given that the work arrangement is a fixed full-time report to work (RTO). Hopefully, the company may embrace a hybrid set-up the soonest.
Not really the worst, but it would have been better if we can work from home at least once or twice a week
In facilities, I hope they can improve the restroom.
Commuting home can be difficult at times.
The pay is average, but the bonuses and allowances are the ones that will make you stay.
Our culture is established with collaboration and respect. We give our best in empowering the team, celebrating diversity, where we all foster a supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow.
Our company's offices are spacious, located in convenient locations, and have excellent facilities which provide anything we need to stay productive and comfortable.
