The hiring process was smooth. Since I applied for a Management Trainee position, I was first interviewed via phone call by HR. Then, I was interviewed by the COO of PBCOM since I will be assigned under him. Afterwards, I was told I received positive feedback from COO and was given the forms for the JO. Then, I waited for 2 weeks for the Pre-employment requirements and then passed requirements and have undergone background checking while waiting for starting date.
