I don't think there were major discrimination again any gender, race, etc. From observation, I sometimes feel that Asian talent in non-Asian markets don't get the equal opportunity for promotion even if they work hard and deliver to the business.

People from all of the world have the opportunity to work at any international affiliate, and our Australian affiliate ensures that all employees are well taken care of, regardless of background. There are numerous wellbeing initiatives and resources available to all employees.

Our employer offers holiday programs that run within the office for 2 weeks per holiday to relieve parents who are managing children while working throughout school holidays. There also are opportunities to work through Australian/Christian holidays to take other religious holidays in lieu. Lastly, there is a focus to include a mix of genders within our Assessment Centres to ensure all candidates are assessed equally.
