We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in an auditing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audit clients and actively engage in meetings to understand their business and audit needs.
- Assist in creating tailored audit plans based on the client’s activities and financial reporting challenges.
- Perform audit procedures by gathering evidence and conducting control tests to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial balances.
- Review and analyze financial statements for compliance with accounting standards.
- Document audit processes, findings, and conclusions in clear, detailed working papers.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to firm policies and auditing standards.
- Keep clients updated on the audit process and any key findings.
- Address client inquiries and provide clear explanations when needed.
- Stay informed on updates in accounting and auditing standards, along with industry trends.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BSA) is required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of auditing procedures and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
