What I love most about my internship is the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in different aspects of business operations. I particularly enjoy the accreditation process, background checking, and client interviews because they allow me to interact with different people and understand how businesses are evaluated. Even though the work can be tiring, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I successfully complete tasks like outsourcing manpower agencies or handling service provider contracts.
Moments like receiving positive feedback from my mentors or seeing my work contribute to important decisions reassure me that I am on the right path. The bidding process and pre-bid meetings are also exciting because they give me insight into how companies negotiate and make deals. Filing documents, tabulating data, and handling purchase requests may seem simple, but they have taught me the importance of organization and accuracy in a professional setting. Overall, my internship has been a great learning experience that has built my confidence and prepared me for the future.
