CAD Operator (Start ASAP)

• Executing construction plans for the site,
• scrutinizing layout closely and thoroughly,
• coordinating with respective consultants and
• liaises with site engineers about the construction phase or any changes in the plans,
• producing sections and details to demonstrate practical CAD illustrations,
• familiar with structural designs,
• and knowledgeable in utilizing AutoCAD Software, Auto Desk, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Senior CAD Operator is also assigned to train and supervise Junior CAD Operator output to meet the company's standards.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates manual and computer-based drawings, two or three-dimensional, according to the client's requirements or the construction and development team. Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.
• Responsible for the visual representation of the building or the structure for the developers
• Incorporates changes or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect or the engineer.
• Remains in touch with the architects and engineers to add to the value of the work and add aesthetic value to the sketches
• Responsible for the processing, printing, and delivery of approved drawings.
• Develop 3D Designs from 2D product concepts/sketching
• Prepares graphic rendering works (Photoshop), 3D Rendering works (Sketch-Up) of ceptual layout plans, section, elevation, and perspective
• Supervised of day-to-day operations of the site work. Responsible for daily site work
• Follow up to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, and specifications & meeting planned schedule dates; Interact with Site Engineer of the Contractor or subcontractor and Project Manager for clarification in design and conduct regular job inspections.
• Ensure that Communication regarding any plan changes has reached the engineers/Contractors and Sub-contractors Representatives.
• Assist in the quality and safety audit; Identify and highlight possible risks on the project; Assist in the necessary documentation.
• Accurately inventorying the job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained. Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor.
• Oversee and check Site Junior CAD output. Train quality and standard design of Victor Consunji Development Corporation
• Performs related duties and projects as assigned.
• Reports to the Vice President of Construction
