Identify improvement opportunities in the current workflow and be able to apply critical thinking in attaining effective and efficient solutions.
Interface effectively with other internal client/s and units to achieve the quickest possible solution for a client request or concern. Be able to escalate to the person in charge if the need arises.
Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimum client satisfaction.
Qualifications
College Graduate, preferably Business or related courses (will prioritize fresh graduates)
Computer Literate
Client-Centric
Experience in digital customer service platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter)
Sales experience
Previous customer service center experience is a plus
