Your role

The Associate Content Technical Specialist participates in an Editorial or Content Operations team and assists in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation, and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media (print or electronic).

About you

• Strong English language skills, including college-level vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar, and sentence structure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts.
• Skilled in the use of personal computers and familiarity with multiple software packages, including word processing and file management applications.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
• Candidates must be willing to work on temporary WFH arrangements.
• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder.
• Must be willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule.
