Responsibilities
- The HR Services Intern shall be able to provide both clerical and administrative support.
- Help coordinate with different departments in processing employee’s concern.
- Check the completeness of pre-employment requirements
- Create internal communication materials
- Support HR initiatives and projects
- Prepare reports as needed
Requirements
- Preferably BS HR Management or Psychology 4th year student or recent graduate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
