Responsibilities

• Manipulating and curating people-related data to create valuable reports
• Creating insightful charts and visualizations to deliver key insights and data-driven stories
• Automating routine work to make processes easier, intuitive, and user-friendly

Requirements

• Must be a 4th year student and or recent graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Psychology or relevant field that uses qualitative and quantitative analyses, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, automate reports, and use pivot tables.
• Comfortable in using Microsoft Power Point for data storytelling and building insightful charts and visualizations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
