2022 Customer to Cash Internship

Responsibilities

• Learn about the different businesses supported within C2C Manila
• Learn about the ways of working in a large global company
• Make strong stakeholder relationship as you engage with the different teams within C2C Manila
• Follow processes and procedures in email inbox management and case management
• Participate in refresher training activities when available
• Ensure that all emails assigned for linking are managed and actioned within the SLA
• All other clean up activities as assigned by the Manager in charge

Requirements

• Undergraduate of any Business and/or Finance-related Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with MS applications
• Possess strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to remain professional in all circumstances
• Comfortable with computer technology and learning new applications
• Has the ability to adapt to working with people from different locations
• Has the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• Feels comfortable asking questions and in sharing information with others
• Willingness to be assigned on flexible shifting schedule
