2022 Customer Service & Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn about different Support Roles/functions while working with people from all over the world daily.
• Learn about working in a large global company
• Make strong work lifelong connections
• Follow processes and procedures related to the Confirmation.com transactions
• Create reports and documentation with and without assistance/guidance from more tenured team members
• Participate in application user acceptance testing as required
• Responsible for support tasks associated with daily operations
• Create your own assignment or documents when comfortable
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Must be a 4th year student and or recent graduate of any Business and/or Finance-related Bachelor's Degree course
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Internet applications
• Possess strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to remain professional in all circumstances
• Comfortable with computer technology and learning new applications
• Enjoys working with people from all over the world
• Can adapt well to new situations
• Feels comfortable sharing information with others
• Willing to be assigned on flexible shifting schedule; at times create your own schedule
