2022 Customer Service and Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Managers in the ideation, logistical planning and execution of either virtual or onsite team activities.
• Prepare announcements of activity winners or teasers
• Prepare digital posters if needed
• Prepare Employee Engagement announcements
• When applicable, take minute of employee engagement meetings
• Aid in preparing basic ppt decks or excel reports
• Assist in scheduling activities set by Team Managers
• Aid in preparing reports
• Manage or accomplish data entry tasks
• Assist leaders in coordinating ‘morning’ activities relating to employee engagement (e.g. – call or look for a vendor/provide information)
• Assist Team Managers in filing of receipts or other administrative tasks
• Exhibits polite and professional demeanor
• Maintain and can handle confidential company information
• Adheres to company policies
• Adept with MS office tools

Requirements

• Must be a 4th year student and or recent graduate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Internet applications
• Possess strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to remain professional in all circumstances
• Comfortable with computer technology and learning new applications
• Enjoys working with people from all over the world
• Can adapt well to new situations
• Feels comfortable sharing information with others
• Willing to be assigned on flexible shifting schedule; at times create your own schedule
