Advisory Analysis Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Process information from disclosure responses and shareholder data, entering it into Nasdaq's database. 
• Research, analyze, and validate ownership data to ensure report accuracy and completeness. 
• Generate reports, summarizing key shareholder trends and ensuring timely delivery. 
• Write insightful commentaries and analyses of shareholder data. 
• Collaborate with global counterparts to complete client deliverables and provide progress updates. 
• Raise critical issues affecting report delivery and client satisfaction. 
• Work with managers and senior analysts on data quality and process improvement initiatives. 
• Collaborate with Manila Advisory Services teams to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
• Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across teams.

About You:

Ideal candidates are: 

• Penultimate students in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields. 
• Passionate about research, analysis, data management, finance, and communication. 
• Critical thinkers with knowledge in Investor Relations, Shareholder, and Financial Analysis. 
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, including VBA functions. 
• Self-starters with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
