Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Process information from disclosure responses and shareholder data, entering it into Nasdaq's proprietary database.
- Research, analyze, and validate ownership data to ensure report accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports, summarizing key shareholder movements and trends, ensuring timely delivery.
- Write insightful commentaries and analyses of shareholder data.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to complete client deliverables and provide progress updates.
- Raise critical issues affecting report delivery and client satisfaction to managers or team leads.
- Work with managers and senior analysts on data quality and process efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with Manila Advisory Services teams and other business units to enhance efficiency.
- Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- A passionate individual eager to start a career in a technology company.
- A penultimate student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in research, analysis, data management, finance, and communications.
- A critical thinker with an understanding of Investor Relations, Shareholder, and Financial Analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, including VBA functions.
- A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
