Advisory Analysis Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Process information from disclosure responses and shareholder data, entering it into Nasdaq's proprietary database.
• Research, analyze, and validate ownership data to ensure report accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports, summarizing key shareholder movements and trends, ensuring timely delivery.
• Write insightful commentaries and analyses of shareholder data.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to complete client deliverables and provide progress updates.
• Raise critical issues affecting report delivery and client satisfaction to managers or team leads.
• Work with managers and senior analysts on data quality and process efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manila Advisory Services teams and other business units to enhance efficiency.
• Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

• A passionate individual eager to start a career in a technology company.
• A penultimate student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in research, analysis, data management, finance, and communications.
• A critical thinker with an understanding of Investor Relations, Shareholder, and Financial Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, including VBA functions.
• A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
