This position shall be tasked to:
- Be directly involved with the company’s expansion plans/projects such as fit out of new center, construction requirements, etc.
- Coordinate and endorse center concerns with corresponding suggestions on streamlining process flow, creating policy guidelines and the like.
- Conduct periodic review of center operational systems and make necessary suggestions.
- Ensure center implementation and compliance to approved policies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong observational skills and judgment.
- Ability to deal with people across all levels of the organization.
