Your Role

• Establish holistic BI reporting by developing self-service reports and dashboards with guidance and instructions from the Operations & Insights Lead
• Develop a thorough knowledge of datasets and metric definitions, ensuring that they are well documented and propagated consistently in reporting systems
• Design and develop reporting and business intelligence solutions
• Generate daily operational-related data reports depending on the business need
• Create and maintain executive quality or easy-to-digest set of dashboards and reports for departments throughout the organization
• Manage Ad-hoc report requests submitted from management and other stakeholders

About You

• Excellent verbal and written English language skills, including strong vocabulary, and grammatical, - Working knowledge of SQL and R/Python to perform data querying, building BI models, and developing dashboards and reports
• Strong visualization skills and good documentation skills
• Willingness to learn attitude with the ability to understand new concepts easily
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
