Responsibilities

• Understand consumer engagement holistically – its rationale, value, design, and impact
• Manage consumer engagement mechanics and modules – its processes, operations, and performance
• Apply constant criticality to the consumer engagement business to identify areas for improvement and provide fitting solutions
• Execute the processes and projects end-to-end from scoping to execution to feedback and improvement implementation
• Collaborate with other teams to engage on areas of opportunities that will contribute to consumer engagement goals and the overall business objectives

Job Requirements

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
• Experience on planning and executing projects OR product management
• Creative, analytical, and proactive
• Have high attention to detail and critical of processes
• Eager to work in a fast-pace environment
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
