Drive brand growth and foster relationships as a Brand Incubation Associate at Lazada, a leading e-commerce platform.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Be the main point of contact for managed accounts.
- Develop and foster relationships with brands/sellers to meet goals and platform priorities.
- Manage portfolios to ensure sellers meet targets and achieve sustainable growth.
- Make strategic recommendations based on store trends, including assortment and activations
- Analyze category trends and recommend best practices.
- Align seller expectations with industry standards for traffic and promotions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to optimize tools for sellers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 0-2 years of working experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Experience in Distribution, Retail, or Multinational Brands is a plus.
- Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for e-commerce.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with brands and partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Sales/Key Account Management is a plus.
