Internship Program (Rolling Intake)

Korea Visa Application Center is an organization for provides services related to visas upon approval from the embassy and consulate according to the law of The Republic of Korea. It is not a sub-organization of the embassy or consulate of Korea.

Major tasks

• Receive visa application documents of applicants on behalf of the embassy and consulate
• Enter and manage basic and additional information related to the visa application.
• Provide services for submitting related resources (passport, visa, and other documents) to the embassy and consulate on behalf of visa applicants.
• Inform applicants via SMS and hotline of the confirmation of the applicating process and ready status for passport distribution after assessment.
• Receive payment of visa application fees on behalf of the embassy and distribute the passport back to the applicant.
• Notify visa-related information and provide services for responding to inquiries via the official website, information desk, telephone, and e-mail.
• Provide other necessary services required by visa applicants

Requirements: 

• Fresh Graduate
• Male 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or any related courses.
• Min. 6 months contract.
• Can speak/write Korean to be an advantage but not required.
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

• You'll be assigned to the issuance & transportation departments and processing Korean visas!
