The Procurement Operations Specialist is responsible:
For order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement, resolution of blocked invoices as well as receive help requests from internal clients and suppliers. Operational Buyer roles and responsibilities.
Reviewing and understanding requisition requirements, working efficiently with requester/client to ensure the issuance of accurate
Purchasing Orders to suppliers.
Processing Purchase Orders as per documented procedures, within the established turn–around time.
Triggering an effective execution of the sourcing process as required, according to the value of the purchasing transaction, through an adequate use of the available IBM and/or SAP tools and procedures.
Ensuring audit readiness of all purchasing documents at all times. Expedite Orders and returns upon requests.
Processing requests for new suppliers set–up as needed.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
Shift: Amenable to work on a client based schedule (Day, Mid, Night)
Work Location: Quezon City
