Employee Engagement Intern (Start ASAP)

Join the HR department to support Employee Wellness Programs and Events, contributing ideas and solutions for growth and improvement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Primarily assigned to the Employee Wellness Programs and Events team.
• Providing ideas to grow and improve Employee Wellness programs and Events activations.
• Accepting designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.
• Learning and becoming proficient in internal software systems.

The ideal candidate:

• Demonstrates an understanding of company concepts, including brand and product goals.
• Is capable of providing innovative ideas for Employee Wellness programs.
• Is willing to engage in business-focused projects and present findings.
• Is eager to learn and use internal software systems.
