Your role

Job Description:

Cloud Process Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience in the exciting and rapidly evolving field of cloud computing. As an intern, you will work closely with the cloud engineering team to support the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based processes. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in cloud architecture, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Process Design: Collaborate with the cloud engineering team to design and document cloud-based processes that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Automation: Assist in developing and implementing automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
• Optimization: Analyze existing cloud processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Work with the team to implement improvements that enhance performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and other engineering teams, to integrate cloud processes seamlessly into the overall IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud processes, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and effective solutions.

About you

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on cloud technologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledgeable with cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Cloud and DevOps principles and practices.
