Your role

The intern will be part of the talent marketing organization that manages employer brand activities to support the attraction and acquisition of the best candidates into Equinix. In this role, you will collaborate with a passionate, global team that is responsible for building and executing talent marketing strategies to shape and amplify the talent brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist search engine optimization of digital content to optimize Equinix career site for search engines.
• Create web pages, social media content, and blog articles.
• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts to support recruitment marketing campaigns for all marketing channels while adhering to global brand guidelines.
• Conduct employee interviews to contribute and create social media content and blog articles about what’s like working at Equinix.
• Conduct desktop research and competitors' analysis to learn about market trends and provide recommendations.

Summer Project: 

• Implement search engine optimization for Equinix's career website.

Training & development

You will be assigned a project and work directly with teams to gain real-world experience, contribute to the business, and impact the digital world. Gain practical work experience by working on real business challenges and impactful projects. You will be supported throughout your journey by your manager, mentor, and an assigned buddy. You will also have access to resources, tools, and events aimed at supporting your comprehensive development.

About you

Requirements and qualifications: 

• On track to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Students looking to complete their On-Job-Training (OJT) as part of the graduation requirement.
• Based in Manila.
• Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system). 
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and business proficiency in English. 
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Premier creative suite.
• Knowledge in search engine optimization.
