Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support onboarding and background checks for new employees.
- Prepare submissions for employee life cycle changes.
- Handle live chats and global employee inquiries.
- Assist with career-impacting life events and job changes.
- Manage termination processes and support alumni.
- Test new technologies and process enhancements.
- Conduct sessions to gather user requirements and demonstrate new products.
- Identify trends and initiate process improvements.
- Assist with HR systems navigation and resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and policy requirements.
About You:
The ideal candidate:
- Is currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Graduation between February 2026 - September 2027).
- Is available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (April/May to August).
- Can multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Can create accurate reports, deliver presentations, and share information effectively.
- Is analytically driven, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably has a background in Human Resources.
