This position will have real-life exposure in assisting the full cycle of recruitment. May help to job shadow and facilitate both the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Supports in executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for an assigned client group and delivers the resourcing policies, framework, and processes to drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.
Summer Projects:
