As an intern in HR Services, you will get the opportunity to work with a Global Team gaining exposure to different HR policies and practices worldwide. In this team, you will get the chance to contribute towards areas of the employee life cycle such as:
Supporting the onboarding experience.
Helping with life events impacting careers, job changes, and reward management.
Managing the termination process and supporting the company alumnus.
The team is a great gateway into the world of HR Operations and HR with the opportunity to try out different elements within the HR function as part of a growing team where technology, efficiency, and customer are at the heart of what they do.
Assignments and Responsibilities:
Onboarding & background checks for new employees.
Preparation of submissions to inform the 3rd parties of employee life cycle event changes.
Testing of new technology and enhancements to processes:
Analysis of data to support process changes.
Running of sessions and users to gather requirements/ demonstrate new products.
You will be assigned a project and work directly with teams to gain real-world experience, contribute to the business, and impact the digital world. Gain practical work experience by working on real business challenges and impactful projects. You will be supported throughout your journey by your manager, mentor, and an assigned buddy. You will also have access to resources, tools, and events aimed at supporting your comprehensive development.
