Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide technical support to Equinix Digital Services customers via email, tickets, live chat, and Slack channels.
- Manage queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Assist with incident management protocols and follow up with customers and stakeholders.
- Gain familiarity with the Equinix Digital Services platform and expand knowledge of common use cases.
- Practice with Equinix Digital Service’s API and provide details to sales, account, product, and operations teams.
About You:
The ideal candidate should:
- Be on track to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in 2026 and reside in Metro Manila.
- Non-OJT Internship application only
- Able to start from April - July period for 16 weeks full-time
- Have a background in physical and cloud infrastructure with a passion for helping people succeed.
- Possess prior experience with Linux, Networking, and familiarity with DevOps tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Be knowledgeable about public and hybrid clouds (AWS, GCP, OpenStack) and incident management.
- Be available for a weekday 2pm - 11pm work schedule
