The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for being the gatekeeper of the organization. This role will take charge of hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What the role will do:
- Review resumes and applications to ensure all relevant information is included and uploaded into the ATS
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications and experience, as well as to determine cultural fit
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they are aware of next steps in the hiring process
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates
- Prepare reports about candidatesโ qualifications and interview performance for managersโ review
- Preparing offers for candidates who have been selected for hire
- Create job postings on company websites and other online job boards to attract candidates who meet specific qualifications
- Assist in creating content on social media platforms to further enhance candidates to apply
- Follow up with candidates who have applied but have not been selected for an interview to determine their interest in the position
- Secure the necessary pre-employment requirements and assist successful candidates with the onboarding process
