Overview:
Responsible for growing and engaging social media communities to build awareness and strengthen brand image. Also responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns and building rapport with influencers and key opinion leaders.
Your Role:
- Monitor all relevant queries and activities and engage with community members.
- Generate leads within social media communities.
- Assist in developing strategies to grow and nurture social media communities.
- Research and come up with relevant content for the communities.
- Listen, monitor, and analyze audience behavior, gain customer feedback, and improve existing relationships.
- Provide assistance for community events and programs as needed.
- In charge of requesting both monetary and non-monetary items for the team,
- Assist in making contracts with influencers, and is in charge of keeping track of these records.
- Maintain a database of influencers, and social media communities.
