Guest Relations Staff (Jun 2025)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Proven experience as receptionist or any related work. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Computer literate.
• Knowledgeable in administrative procedures and clerical works.
• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in ISO-QMS is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage front desk services such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, facilitating meeting room schedules and sorting received mails.
• To cascade any announcement or advisories to the employees through the use of official messaging platform.
• Welcome and assist guests and visitors in the reception area.
• Direct and coordinate guests and visitors to the appropriate person and assigned meeting room.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
