Overall

• Provide basic healthcare services to employees such as assessing health risks, promoting health, and providing general first aid when needed. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid treatment as needed. 
• Assist all injured/sick employees to the nearest medical facility. 
• Prepare incident reports related to the administered first aid treatment. 
• Visit other subsidiary companies to provide basic health care services and conduct first aid training. 
• Assist in providing medical support during company activities such as sports programs, summer outings, and others. 
• Coordinate pre-employment exams, annual physical exams, and executive check-up schedules. 
• Monitor and record patient's condition and safe keep employees' medical exam results. 
• Assist assigned physician. 
• Review and recommend improvement in the existing practices relative to health programs. 
• Provide regular health information to prevent chronic and short-term illnesses. 
• Consolidate requirements for SSS sickness and maternity benefit claims
• Process annual report from DOLE requirements
• Process Philhealth documents for confinement cases.
