OVERALL
- Responsible for timely and accurate billing and monitoring of collections for goods received by customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain approval from Management.
- Prepare documents needed for billing.
- Transmits billing to Sales agents, customers, and collectors.
- Monitors documents pending for billing.
- Monitors pending creditable Withholding Tax Certificates.
- Monitors overdue accounts.
- Prepare statements of accounts.
- Receives and validates collection.
