Overview:
Assists the Events Team in planning and organizing events. exhibits and meetings for the company.
YOUR ROLE:
- Assists in determining event-related costs and preparing budgetary recommendations.
- Assists in sourcing venues and suppliers to execute a successful event.
- Assists in handling events and exhibit set-ups/pull-outs. Coordinates with requesting party and suppliers as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery date.
- Prepares calendar of events and assists in implementing an effective system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective management of meetings, conferences and other events.
- Assists in overseeing event budgets, timelines, ordering and logistics.
- Monitor and manage inventory of event assets and collaterals such as roll-up banners, streamers, exhibit items. etc.
