YOUR ROLE:

Process accounts payable vouchers for payment requests and advances
Records expenses from liquidations of advances and other financial transactions
Monitors outstanding advance balances of employees
Prepares summary reports for cash advance balances for reconciliation purposes.
Assists in gathering resources needed in the preparation of financial reports
Assists in the internal audit processes
Attends to queries regarding work-related concerns
