Training Crew Planner (Start ASAP)

Ensured compliance and managed training for flight crew at Cebu Pacific, a leading airline in Southeast Asia.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement training programs for pilots, aligning with operational and regulatory needs.
• Ensure training plans are accurately scheduled and executed in pilot rosters.
• Collaborate with Crew Scheduling to manage training requirements and address disruptions.
• Ensure timely completion of required training for compliance and readiness.
• Support pilot trainees with training roster queries.
• Verify compliance of training plans with CAAP regulations and company policies.
• Inform trainees and instructors of changes to training rosters promptly.
• Submit monthly training cost reports and instructor duty summaries.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• Preferably has AIMS Training.
• Must be knowledgeable in MS Office programs.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
