Join Cebu Air as a Total Rewards Associate to manage employee travel services and inquiries.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inquiries and provide assistance related to employee services, such as hotel and transportation reservations.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees and collaborates with the HR Services team.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate and manage employee travel and service providers.
  • Researched and compared travel options for cost-efficiency and convenience.
  • Process travel requests and expense transactions.
  • Assist with travel-related reporting and analysis.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related role or be a recent graduate.
  • Understand travel policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
