Your responsibilities

A Teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Their duties include assigning homework, grading tests, and documenting progress. Teachers must be able to instruct in a variety of subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans.

Compensation & benefits

The total monthly pay for a Teacher is Php 29,165. Qualified employees will receive government benefits which include:

Career progression

Every department, office, and agency shall, as soon as practicable and in no case later than ninety (90) days of the effectivity of the rules start conducting value development programs for its officials and employees to strengthen their commitment to public service and help promote the importance of public interest over personal interest in the performance of their duties.

    Documented Innovation(s) duly approved/concurred by the Head of Office
    Documented research and development projects conducted
    Certificate as Resource Speaker/Trainer in seminars/trainings/symposia, etc
    Articles published in newspapers/magazines of wide circulation
  • Transcript of Records (Highest Educational Attainment)
  • Training Certificate, Certificate of Participation in Seminar and/or workshops
  • Certificate of Eligibility/PRC ID/Board of Rating
