Your responsibilities

• Identify areas for development /enhancement of the guidelines on food-related programs.
• Prepare food plan/cycle menu to be used in the daycare centers and SNP areas;
• Review/validate reports/practices and demonstrate strategies to LGUs in the management of food nutritional needs in the daycare centers and SNP areas.
• Respond to queries and endorse/ refer requests to appropriate agencies;
• Review and evaluate program/project proposals and report on food-related projects.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide technical assistance to the LGUs regarding the Supplementary Feeding Program on nutritional status, management of funds, and compliance with the directives of the Secretary;
• Track physical and financial reports from LGUs and partners.
• Conduct in-house program audit to identify problems, objectives, and standards based on implementing guidelines;
• Prepare and submit required report on food-related programs/projects; and 
• Represent the unit in any inter-office or inter-agency meeting when the focal person is not available.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
