As a midwife, your role is to attend to normal child deliveries, pre-natal and post-natal care, render health education, immunization and follow-up of morbidity, organize lay classes, assist the physician during clinic days, and submit reports.

Every department, office, and agency shall, as soon as practicable and in no case later than ninety (90) days of the effectivity of the rules start conducting value development programs for its officials and employees to strengthen their commitment to public service and help promote the importance of public interest over personal interest in the performance of their duties.
