Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

  • Responsible for short-term planning for the center. 
  • Handles the creation and maintenance of quarterly schedule bids and regular schedules. 
  • Adjusts staffing for holidays. 
  • Maintains the weekly IDP showing projected volume, staffing, and shrinkage. 
  • Manages time based on daily and interval trends. 
  • Oversees real-time monitoring, reports, and workstation assignments. 
  • Maintains Workforce-related systems such as CMS, Verint, Workgenda, Salesforce, and Talkdesk. 
  • Prepares dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and RPA.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, or Finance. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. 
  • Expertise in using Power Apps, particularly Power BI. 
  • A leadership background in Workforce Management. 
  • Strong presentation skills. 
  • Experience in scheduling and forecasting. 
  • Capacity planning skills.
