Your role

• Ensuring timely and accurate retrieval and recording of Purchase Orders
• Responsible for recording and monitoring sales documents across head office and concerned sales stations
• In charge of proper safekeeping of documents for easy retrieval as well as proper disposal in accordance with the company retention policy
• Assist in clerical works and administrative tasks of the department

About you

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably business-related course
• Good oral and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
