Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Assist in coordinating operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for reporting and analysis.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Support planning and execution of operational projects, managing timelines and reporting outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and documentation.
• Assist in managing resources like design tools and equipment.
• Maintain organized records of project activities and client interactions.
• Organize and maintain digital files and assets.
